Legal basis for processing

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in terms of information provided to the European Commission under programs managed by the European Commission and its agencies – Art. 5 section 1 letter c) Regulation 2018/1725.

The recipients of personal data may be entities that provide the Administrator with services related to the operation and development of ICT systems and ensuring communications, in particular IT solution providers and telecommunications operators.

We store personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected or for their processing or until you object to the processing of your data.

access to the content of personal data, including obtaining a copy of the data;
to request rectification or supplementation of personal data;
to request the deletion of personal data in cases provided for by law;
to request restriction of the processing of personal data;
